What exactly client should post an LCA to be used for renewal?

Hi,

I had H1B visa and got expired recently and also I am back to Asia now. I requested my employer for process to renew it from Asia. My employer is services company and we are expected to work in client locations. My employer team had mentioned if Client is ready to Post LCA, they can go ahead and file for renewal and without that the renewal will be difficult to get through.

Please elaborate what client has to perform with respective to LCA.
