Dear friend,
My wife is currently on H1B, she has I-140 also approved, she already completed 6 years on her H1, and got three years of extension based on I-140.
She does not have any project currently, We are planning to change her status from H1 to H4/EAD.
is she change the status to H4/EAD, What will happen to her H1/I-140?
Can she come back to H1, as her I-797 still valid for two more years? Since she already completed 6 years, will there be any issue in terms of cap and all if she wants to come back to H1 from H4/EAD?
