H1B -Administrative Processing
Hi All,
I have been to US in 2013 on B1/B2 visa but after one extension I planned to change my status to F1 in 2014 then I was on F1 status for more than a year...later a company applied H1 for me and luckily I got my case selected and approved by USCIS in 2015. After getting H1 I planned to visit india after 1.3 yrs paying taxes for 2 years.
I was interviewed on 30th Dec 2016 for H1b visa but I was given 221g form (yellow color) saying Administrative Processing and Councilor said " We'll verify everything you told us and check if you are not a threat to our country this wll take long time ".
Its been 10 months and same status nothing changed ,whenever I email them they say its under processing.
Any one in forum can shed some light when I can get decision.
