URGENT HELP.!! Employer changed my H1 without giving any notice and not providing doc

I am on H1B from my employer he gave me I-797 and other documents for visa interview while I was in India. Once I came here I got project and I moved to client location, I was asking for my Pay stub but he was not giving me any pay stubs. He only pays me through directly my bank but from few months I am getting pay from different company (Sister company) when I asked then he told me that he transferred me to that company without my permission and notice. I am asking for new petition and documents but he is not giving me any docs from 4 months, every time he give answer like I will send in this week and other excuses.
How can I get my documents back and can other company transfer my H1 on previous I797?
Please help me to get out of this because I also want to sponsor my mother for visitor visa.
