    H1b Petition Without I-94

    I have filed H1B this year april while i am in india and received now but currently i am in US with status L1A having I-94 upto 2007 end. Kindly guide,
    1. whether i can work with H1B from Octobor onwards with L1A-I94
    2. whether , it is possible get new I94 for H1B since my status is changed now.
