H1B restamping needed after Last name changed on Passport from Maiden to Married Name

Hi

My wife is on H1B visa which is stamped till June 2018. We recently got her last name changed on the Passport from Maiden name to Married name at Chicago Consulate. Now she is visiting India for 2 weeks in Dec so we are wondering if she needed to get the H1B restamped??

So the Visa is stamped on old passport with Maiden last name and the New passport is with married name. Can she enter in the US based on both Passports without restamping the H1B visa on new passport?
