My H1 was applied through a consultant in 2015 and it is struck in RFE since March 1, 2016. USCIS website shows following info and I tried requesting my consultant to change it to premium but looks like my consultant has closed his operations.
Is there a way I can transfer the this petition to different company or any other suggestion to take this to closure ?
"On March 1, 2016, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number **** **** **** . Our Vermont Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
