    Revocation notice was sent

    My h1b was filed in 2012 for an year and then it got extended in 2014 till 2016. Therefore, I have 2 Receipts/Petition number. I just checked that on uscis website, Status "REVOCATION NOTICE WAS SENT", is appearing against my first receipt number.

    I am not sure if i can still file h1b under cap exempt quota or not. Please let me know if there is any way to clarify this.
