Regarding: H1 B approved Visa transfer with and without stamping

1. I am working with company X in india and applied for H1B visa in 2017 from a company Y in US, fortunately it got selected in lottery and got approved. As info I do have H1b approval receipt with me.
2. Now my current company X is ready to transfer and stamp my H1B visa, could you please suggest what would be the possible best scenario out of two mentioned below
a) Transfer H1B from Y to X after company Y does the stamping.
b) Transfer before from Y to X before Y does the stamping.
Also, could you please provide information over below queries.
1. Will new petition be cap exempt?
2. Is there any specified time limit to file that petition for H1B transfer?
3. How long does it take to transfer approved H1B from one company to another?
4. Is there any chances of cancellation, if transfer happens for a non stamped H1B approved application from company Y to X.
5. Will there be any limitation for entering US?
6. After a successful H1B visa stamping, is there any time limit in which one has to travel to US otherwise Visa will not remain valid.
