Hello, I need a clear information on my H4 visa. First of all
1. My h4 visa expires on 15th December 2017 but unfortunately before the extension is files I had to come to india for some reason. But my husband and kid had filed for h1 and h4 extension and pending approval.
Since I am here in India I cannot extend and have to apply again for h4. I need to know if i reapply for h4 how long it would take for stamping and approval. When can I go back to US?
Is there possibilities for rejection? Moreover can i travel to US before my visa expires and do a premium extension process now?. Is premium available now?
If I apply for h4 stamping again How soon can i apply? Since my kid cannot be there for long without me.
