H1B visa interview appointment scheduling
Hello,
I am trying to schedule my first H1B visa interview in India. While doing this, I came across a question, "Do you have a previous H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee)?"
My current situation is that I had H1B visa from my previous employer but I didn't get it stamped because I did not visit India during that time. Now I have change of employer petition approved and I am traveling to India and have to appear for visa interview to get my passport stamped. Should I answer Yes or No for that question?
