I am curious to know about revocation of H1b petition.
One of my friend has an approval h1b petition for Company A but he never joined that company. In this case does the H1b petition gets null or does employer has to file for revocation? Would it be possible to go back to this company after 3-4 months of h1b petition approval or do they have to start over the H1b process?
Kindly throw some light on these questions.
