Hi Everyone,
My H1b got approved by a consular process and my change of status got denied so I will be continuing on my Stem opt (expires Sep 2018).
1) I am under a w2 ( not on the project currently), I got a remote job on other w2 for a contract of 3 months. Can I work on the other job for 3 months role and while being with my employer and after 3 months can I process the H1b COS with employer A?
Will this be a problem?
2) Do I need to report my DSO once again filing new i983 for the new w2 position? or Can I work without reporting ( as I already have employer A details with DSO) ?
3) Having another payroll running will create any problem for my H1b COS approval in future.
