H1 transfer

Hi ,

Could anyone please help me out ..
I came to US through a company "A", after 1 year I have transferred my h1 to company "B". I am with the company "B" from past 3 months. Now If i want to go back to my previous employer "A", (the H1B from employer A is still valid) . Do I need to tranfer my H1 again or do I need to do any paper work.

You don't have to do any TRANSFER, as long as company A haven't revoked your petition with USCIS. Or else, you have to go thru same process again.

Remember, you can have as many petition from different employer as you want ! Means, you can change your work for one company to another.
