Has the H1b quota for 2007 been increased to 115,000?

US senate approved to increase Quota. but US congress still not approved the Bill. so its stilll 65000 only. after bill approves by Congress, then Quota will be increased.

A update, there are no talks about increasing the quota, as the senate is now making more strong steps about illegal workers and this is their priority. So it's unsure about increasing the quota.

But currently there are only 13,000 odd h1's are filed ( the data only available till 04/24/2006), and still a lot are pending. You can start process immediately.
