My wife is in H1B and working in USA. Her employer has filed a recent location amendment which is pending decision from USCIS. Now she wasnts to quit her job and convert her H1 to H4.
My question are :-
1. can she apply for an H1 to H4 conversion when a location amendment is still pending a decision.
2. On which petition will her H1 to H4 conversion be filed ? Will it be the recent petition which is pending or the last one which was approved.
