    H4 stamping in India

    Hi

    My wife is in H1B working in USA. She is planning to quit her job in USA. Can she go back to India and apply for her H4 based on my approved H1B (I-797) ? If so, will she face any problem due to her current H1B in USA even though she has quit her job ?
