Regarding the documents for H4

Hi

As the checklist of the documents mentioned that for H4 you need to send the photocopy of Marriage Certificate 5 days before the interview along with the other documents. Is photocopy of marriage certificate is necessary to send or original can be carried at the time of interview , no need to send the photo copy.

Also now can we send the application to the consulate using any courier in India or need to use the Blue dart only..
