Issue with employer placement
I came to USA in mid of August 2017. My employer is based on NY and its reputed organization with decent numbers of direct clients and lot of vendors. During interview with employer I signed an affidavit, to agree, I will not take back my decision from the H1 and will not quit from job for 18 months from the date of joining in US.
Till I reach to US everything went well especially interview, visa processing, travel.
But once I start working with placement team conflicts started.
They want to change my profile
1.As if I working in US by past 5 years.
2. Asked me to add almost all tools and technology.
3. Frequent change in resume for different positions.
4. Forced me to appear for interviews though the skill is not matching.
5. Changed my linked in profile. Created profiles in monster and other US based job portals with fabricated information.
I got into project within first month but again in my client location I am facing lot of issues because of the false information submitted by my employer. Now I don’t want to continue with this way, I want to go to different employer or go back to India (most likely).
Can some please advise me how to toggle this situation? How much the affidavit is going to affect me?
