Hello,
My company filed for my Greencard in EB-2 category in 2011. Now I am taking a transfer within same company to India for family reasons.
1. Can my GC process still be continued while I am in India, and once GC time comes I can come to US?
2. I have a Ph.D degree but my company had filed my GC in EB-2, because my post didnt require a Ph.D. But now I have a Director post since last 2 years, can I transfer from EB-2 to EB-1? If I do that how much time will it take for EB-1 to get GC?
