I returned from US October this year after finishing 6 years of my H1b. Can my employer apply for fresh h1b in 2018 april?, if i get selected in lottery my work permit will only start from October 2018 and i will have completed one year by then. Or is it that i have to be away from US for one year even for filling the application?
