Is recent client letter absolutely required for H1B stamping?

I work in Employer, Vendor, Client, Model. My H1b is approved and I am going for stamping in December. I have Employer Letter, Vendor Letter and Client Letter when my H1b was applied in April (8 months back). Is it absolutely necessary to get another client letter which is recent in date?

Yes. You need a recent client letter
