H4 EAD starting work Query

Hi - I move to H4 EAD from Dec 15th and am planning to start working then.

I was wondering if i need to set up a company to start working on the EAD?

Any guidance on this?

Basically i want to understand on H4 EAD how do i work as a contractor?

As a full time employee i dont see a problem but as a contractor what is the procedure?

If a company is willing to hire you, you can join any company you like with your H4 EAD. There are no restrictions as H4 EAD is self sponsored and not sponsored by Employer. As a contractor you will still be a full time employee to the company paying you.

- So as a direct full-time hire i would be expected to share the EAD details only?
