I have a valid visa till dec-2018 but SOW is there till 3/31. Recently my employer filed an amendment for company merger compliance and also change in role with secondary location added in the petition. Now i received RFE for this amendment, my secondary location is no longer needed as the plan was dropped so is it safe to withdraw this petition?. Or shall I proceed with replying to the RFE?. This is only amendment and no extension involved. Any advise.
