Hi All, need some thoughts. I'm approaching my Visa max situation and my attorneys advise that I try to recapture time. My PERM is filed in November 2017 and my law firms recommend that recapturing time would help with the PERM/I140 situation. They don't foresee an audit scenario. How risky is to go for stamping with 3 months left on H1B. I would be eligible for a drop box option. I'm concerned it's riskier at Port of entry as well. Please advise.
