Hi all,
I am working with Indian MNC and my H1 B visa is getting expired in June 2018. Can someone please clarify below questions for me related to extensions?
a) If I am opting premium processing option for extension and extension gets denied , can I still work till 30 June 2018?
b) Can job switch and H1 B transfer happen when extension from previous employer in processing ?
