Hello,
I came to US on H4 visa and then got F1 stamped before starting my Masters. I am currently on F1-OPT with 17 Month extension. During this period, I was working for client A for a project through employer E. Now my project with client A is over and I am looking for a new project through same Employer E. I am planning to go back to India and convert to H4 as I am eligible for H4-EAD. Will my previous H4-F1 conversion be an issue? What documents do I need for F1 to H4 visa stamping? Also, I have my offer letter from Employer E but I dont have any client letter. Will I need any proof that I worked for that client? What other documents do I have to ask from my client? Please help me out.
