H1b extension denied new extension with the same employer I140 approved
Received H1b extension RFE on Sept 10th for Right to control Employer - Employee relation ship & LCA Level 1 wage . Responded without client letter as client said they don't have the policy to give client lettter so had submitted the SOW as part of RFE
Hi My h1b extension was denied on 11/30/2017.. still to receive the denial reason .. could be client letter
My I140 is approved
My I 94 expired on Sept 22, 2017
My employer is filing new extension with the same employer with client letter and new LCA with wage Level 2 in premium processing. I am not leaving the country as i have a 6 month baby and wife here
My employer is saying that it happens and once we fined a new extension we will get it approved with I94.. Is that right ?
What are my options ? Please help !!
