H1 B Amendment
I have question , My company has done the H1B transfer and Filed the LCA for 2 location Baltimore and Florida ,and I used to work from Remote in Florida , till here i dont any have issues
But Now i moved to maryland state again do i need to file the H1 B Amendment again , also after **** to maryland i asked my company to do the LCA for the Columbia office , but they did not do the H1 B Amendment , do we still need to file the H1 B Amendment . Please suggest here
if H1 B Amendment need to file what happen if i moved to florid again , do we need to still file again the H1 B Amendment ,
