Submitting new H1B application when previous H1B transfer is in RFE
I'm working for company 'A' and have H1 approval till 2019. Company 'B' applied for H1-B transfer and it is in RFE at this point and I rejected company B's offer.
(1) Can I move forward with another company 'C' to file new H1-B transfer ?
(2) Will my current (Company B's) RFE impacts my new/future H1-B transfer ?
(3) Can company B ignore the RFE or they should respond/withdraw RFE ?
(4) Is it better to wait till USCIS decision comes for company 'B' H1 transfer ?
(5) Is it okay to have multiple H1 petitions in RFE at the same time ?
