Hi All,
my situation is a little complicated. This year is the end of my first 3 years H1b stauts and Company A filed extension on May, but got RFE. I got new offer from company B and they are dealing my H1b now. However my old H1b is expired on Oct. They tell me there are two options:
1. Got RFE fixed and do transfer
2. File H1b (I don't know if it is transfer or extension), and I leave US to get a H1B stamp and come back.
I choose the second one, but I got questions.
1. Is this a transfer or a extension, why I need to go out and come back.
2. From May I did a lot of leave without pay(company still pay my insurance), but my work time is around 20hours/week. Would it be a problem?
3. Any chance my H1 got denied? If so, do I need attend lottery for next year?
Thanks so much for help
