H1B RFE Notice not received

Hello,

Please find the details below with regards to my H1B Extension

Case type: I129

Filing date: 05/26/2017

RFE Notice Mail Date from USCIS: 09/18/2017

The Attorney did not receive the RFE Notice. So they raised a SR for duplicate copy

SR File Date: 11/03/2017

On 11/16/2017, as per USCIS response on SR, the initial RFE notice was delivered. However they will send duplicate copy of RFE notice

We dont have any further update on the case. We fear we will miss the deadline of actual RFE response

Please suggest what should be the next step. Also, please let me know what is the general deadline for RFE response
