Hi,
I'm currently working for company A and I have an offer from Company B. Company B has initiated H1B transfer in premium processing. My start date with company B is 8th January 2018.
But due to some issues with company A, I will not be able to join B on the above mentioned date and it might get delayed by a month or two.
Once the H1B transfer is approved, how many days do I have in order to join company B. Is there a time limit like I have to join company B within 30/60/90 days of H1B transfer?
