Hi All,
I entered US with approved h1b, stamped in India in 2016. In 2017 April I started working for new employer and after few RFE's my petition was denied on Nov 30, 2017.
I'm yet to receive the denied notice/reasons.
Meanwhile in June, 2017 my previous employer revoked his petition. My i94 and visa are valid till 2019.
1. So what are my options now?
2. Since when I go into out-of-status?
3. Can my previous employer apply for h1b transfer again for me with same client that got denied? (he's ready to file for h1b transfer)
Please help me in this regard.
