has anyone said YES for filed immigration petition in a H-4 interview?

Hello,
I am in the seventh year in H-4 visa,going for stamping on juy 13 in Delhi.(I am filing 485 and 140 next week)

What should I say for the question
"has anyone filed an immigration petition on your behalf"?

I feel I have to say yes since this is my sevnth year.What r the consequences of saying YES ..can they hold me back just for that(since i am trying to become an immigrant)

has anyone gone for H-4 stamping and said YES for this question.also i am travelling without the primary applicant's (H-1B)stamping..

experts, please advise and let me know what r the consequences of saying YES/NO
