Amend H1

Hi I am on H-1. My title and responsibilites change significantly since i filed for my original H-1. I am planning for filing for an ammendment.

- How do i go about dealing with the Labor condition application?

- My current H-1 expires on 07/30. If i file for ammendment, then new H-1 that will be issued, will it have a 3 yr. valid period?
