Hello Team,
Need your guidance on below questions
a) Got H4-EAD for my wife back in Jan 2017 and it expired on Aug 2017. I am applying H4 EAD again with new approval notice. What I should I say in form I-765 which has the question, I am applying for category "Permission to accept new employment" or "renewal".
b) My bad...I don't have the copy of EAD card now (consider it to be lost)..How should I respond to question 15) "Have you ever before applied for employment with USCIS?".
c) Does copy of previous EAD is mandatory to submit as a proof corresponding to questions a) and b)
