H1B Visa dropbox Delhi Consulate
I got H1B Visa stamping from company A which is valid from January 2016 to December 2018 in India only.
I got employer B in India only and they file a new petition which is valid till May 2019 but i did not went for stamping.
I flied first time in May 2017 with Old valid H1B Visa valid till December 2018 and new petition valid till May 2019.
After coming to USA, i changed my employer to employer C and they filed new petition which is valid May 2020.
In short I have H1B Visa with A employer valid till Dec 2018 and new approved petition valid till May 2020.
I am planning to going to India in September/ October 2018.
1. Can I be eligible for dropbox in September 2018? Any risk in dropbox.
2. What types of documents i need to be ready with me. (I have employer C and working for Client X - same mentioned in my LCA also)
3. How much time it might take to get visa approved.
4. Can i sent my passport for visa stamping now (if i am in USA)?
