Hi Friends,
Need your suggestion/comments ASAP. I have been working with reputed Indian MNC at India and got my H1B stamped in India from same MNC three months back after a loong wait. However I am moving out of company as company is downsizing :-(
a) What is the option left for me to use stamped VISA now?.
b) I heard currentl situation in USA not encouraging to go through local consultacies
c) But other major MNC are also not have any opening may be being Christmas quarter is progress.
d) Any of you have done any transfer from India and traveled?
e) Was there any issues while transfer?
