I am currently working in MIAMI,FL on H1B visa, and my visa expiry date is Jan 30,2018, even my spouse and children also got stamped and their visa expiration is also same date(JAN,30,2018)
I am planning to bring them to USA on JAN 17,2018 and after that i would like to apply VISA-Extension together for all of us.
1.Can you please let me know will any thing problem for my family while POE as their arrival date is very close to Visa expiration?
2.Or Option 2 is , what is the process if i alone apply H1 ext now, and later after my family visa expiration date, what is their process for getting updated VISA STAMP?
