Unstamped H1b approval (i-797b) expired
Hello,
I need some advice and guidance here.
I had an approved H1b (i-797b), which a consulting company obtained for me. The same time, in my current company they applied for my L1b and it was also approved. I traveled to USA using L1b and stayed there for almost 3 years. (2014 - 2017).
Now I've returned back to India due to L1b extension denied by USCIS.
I've never used the H1b, never went for stamping for the H1b. (My biggest mistake)
Now, my H1b's i-797b has also expired.
If any other company who will like to save me, can they use this expired H1b to apply for renewal of same and have me travel back to USA?
Kindly advice what would be my options.
