H1 Visa related query

Hello,

I have got an offer from an US Company and they have started processing my H1 Visa. It is expected to be approved by August. But meanwhile my present Company is forcing me to apply for B1 Visa because of some immediate short Business Trip. So, can anyone give me some information about whether I can apply for B1 when my H1 Visa processing is already on process.

Need help about H1

Hi,

I need little information about H1 procedure. As you mentioned you recently applied for H1 visa.

My name is Mukti and I live in Columbia, SC US. I would like my brother to apply for H1 visa and come to US. I need some help that how did you find an employer in US who was willing to sponsor for H1 visa. How did you apply for the job? Please give me some information about your experience .
