Hi Experts,
I have quick question to ask for situation my wife is in.
My wife already has a valid H4 visa till 2018 end and she is currently in US. However, from her old company she got her H1B approved this year with I797 stating "The above petition and change of status have been approved". I can see her new I94 as well.
My questions are:
1) Is she already on H1B or we still have to complete any process pending for her COS?
2) If she is already on H1B, then how should we switch her back on H4 to save her status asap? What should be easiest way here?
3) She currently has her H4 stamped valid in passport. Is this still valid or she has to again get Stamped?
