Hi All,
My wife's visa (h4) is still valid for April 2018 and we are planning to travelling to india in January 2018. My new H1B petition is approved and valid till February 2020. By the time my petition was approved she was not in USA. So her extended H4 petition was not filed.
So My questions are, is if we are travelling in January 2018 and returning back in February 2018.
1. Did she need to get a new Visa stamp on her passport with new H1B petition approved ?
2. If she good with her previous visa that is valid till April 2018?
3. If yes then at port or entry did she get i-94 for April 2018 only or she will get it till February 2020.
4. My own passport is valid till September 2018. As my previous visa is already expired and i have new passport with me. Should i get the stamp on my new passport or old one is good. As its also valid for new H1B stamp?
Thanks
