Please provide valuable input. I am having L1B valid visa till OCt 2020 and employer has filled cos l1b to H1b in 2016 Cap and it got selected in lottery.
I got H1B approval notice without I94 in May 2017 and my employer has not informed me till Dec 2017 and USCIS site still showing case is under progress.
I have traveled to USA with L1B in Oct 2017 though H1B got approved, however I was not aware about it. Client is same and location is also same.
I want to travel back to India in Mid Jan for 3 week, please so suggest what should I do. Should I go ahead for H1b stamping, will it create any issue.
