Hi,
I have a question about H1B stamping.
According to my I797, my H1 started on Oct 1, 2004 and is valid till Oct 1, 2007. My case is F1-OPT-H1. I don't have my H1 stamped yet.
I am planning to get it stamped sometime during December this year.
Is there a rule where the visa (per I797) should be valid for certain number of months before the expiry date? I mean - the gap between the validity date and December (when I plan to get it stamped) is about 10 months. Does that matter?
