Can I have multiple Visas
I have h1b Visa (Stamped). Right I am working for MNC in India.
My employer is trying to send me onsite but they did not have suitable positions(in current project) in their hand right now. It is delaying
My wife is in USA, she has H1b Visa.
In my situation, which one is better option
1. Coming as depedent(h4)
2. Coming on visitor visa
If yes to any above option, then what will happen to my H1B visa?
Which is better option to go to US and retain the H1B visa
