Can I go back to previous client while h1b amendment is in process with new client
Hi All,
I need some advice here. Below is my situation:
I was with Client X and got my H1B approved till 2020. I then changed my client to Y and have my H1B amendment in process with the same employer (regular processing) and a separate H1B Transfer in process with a new employer for Client Y (premium processing).
I'm hoping that my H1B transfer gets approved with the new employer for Client Y and since that is in premium processing, I'll get to know those results sooner than the results my current employer will receive.
My question is: If my H1B Transfer gets rejected, can I cancel the H1B amendment done by my employer and go back to my previous client X with my current employer, since I already have a valid H1B approval till 2020 with Client X and my current employer?
