Hi all, I hope you can help me here.
My H1B transfer request to Employer B was approved by USCIS yesterday with premium process (it was denied in November but the company filed a new different one last month) and I'm supposed to fly back to the US tomorrow (I'm currently in EU). Of course I don't have a hard copy of the approval notice to present because it has just been approved, HOWEVER I'm still employed by Employer A (which is the one that originally sponsored my H1B). In fact, I plan to switch company only when I'm back.
Is that ok to travel without approval notice of the transfer if still employed by Employer A?
Thanks much.
