Hi,
I am in a really difficult situation and not sure what should I do.
I am currently on F1 and working and my opt expires in 2019, My employer has filled for my H1 in April 2017(No premium processing). And I received RFE which my lawyer replied in Nov last week and till then I am waiting.
I need to go to India in 1 week.
What will happen to my H1b application if i go india and receive a rfe response.
what if I haven't any response or no decision has be made, by the time I plan to re enter US?
What if receives Positive response from RFE while i am not in US?
Any help and guidance is much appreciated.
